If a homeowner or business owner says you are not allowed back on their property after the fire is out, what do you do next? Judge Richard E. Grawey of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in the state of Illinois will answer these questions and more. Grawey will provide an attorney’s perspective on search and seizure, preponderance of evidence and what qualifications you need to be an expert witness. He will also provide guidance on how and when to request an administrative search warrant and a criminal search warrant.
